We work hard to create a safe, fun, and inclusive experience at Buddy League. Please review our rules below:
If you see something wrong at the park, report it to a Buddy League board member or coach as soon as possible.
We have many players and attendees with weak or compromised immune systems. Do not attend if you or your child are sick or were recently around someone who is.
Drive slowly and watch for others in the parking lot. Do not park in fire lanes or areas with striped paint. Keep van-accessible spaces open for families that need them.
We love when people make new friends at Buddy League, but boundaries need to be set. Before sharing contact info or social media with another player, volunteer, or attendee, ask their parent or family for permission.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Hide your belongings, lock your vehicle, and take your keys.
We expect all players, volunteers, and other attendees to keep their language appropriate.
Per City of Garland, smoking and vaping are not allowed within 50 feet of Bradfield Park Ballfields.
Help keep the Bradfield Park clean and litter-free. Please throw away your trash in the available trash bins.

We must have your original, notarized release on hand at the ballpark before your child can participate.
If you’re sending it early enough, mail it to:
Buddy League, Inc.
3809 Creststone Dr
Garland, TX 75040
If Opening Day is coming up soon, do not mail your form—we may not receive it in time. Instead, arrive 20 minutes before your child’s first game and hand it in at the ballpark. Check your email for your players team assignment and game time.
A notary public is an official who confirms your identity when you sign an important document. They check your ID, watch you sign, and then stamp or sign the form to make it official.
You can find a notary at a bank, shipping store (like UPS), or city office. Some may charge a small fee.
To get your form notarized:
