Player registration has ended for Spring 2025

Remember to fill out liability release (Form 2) and turn it in by Opening Day, April 26th. Your child cannot participate without the original, notarized form on file at the park.

Before you start:

Buddy League is a non-profit baseball league for children with special needs.
New players must be 3-17 years old.
Thanks to our wonderful sponsors, your child will participate in Buddy League at no cost to your family.
Games are played with love on our accessible baseball field, located at Bradfield Park—1220 Castle Dr Garland, Texas 75040.
We must have a completed player registration (Form 1) and the notarized liability release (Form 2) on file before your child can participate.

Registration closes on March 29th.

Print and read the liability release form. Complete and sign it in the presence of a notary public.

The 2026 liability release available in January.

(Optional) Order matching shirts or get an extra one for your player. Cash payment is due upon pickup.

Extra shirt ordering has ended for the 2025 seasons.

Arrive 15 minutes before your game. To ensure games run smoothly and on schedule, late arrivals will not bat in the first inning.
At least one parent or guardian must be present the entire game.
Please cheer on and support all players throughout the game.
If possible, let us know if your child will not attend an upcoming game.
Help keep our Buddy League families safe—do not attend Buddy League if your household has any COVID cases or recent exposure.
As a COVID-19 precaution, we can’t have open drinks in the dugout. Parents will need to hold onto their player’s drinks during the game.

We want all players to participate, but will have to remove a player from the game if there are repeated issues with behavior or inappropriate language.
Stay home if your child is sick or has a fever.
