At Buddy League, we pair each player with a ‘Buddy’ volunteer, often another young member of our community. Buddies get to know their player and provide assistance on the field as needed. This format allows parents to enjoy the game from the stands and cheer for their child and team.

We must have your original, notarized release on hand at the ballpark before your child can participate.
If you’re sending it early enough, mail it to:

If Opening Day is coming up soon, do not mail your form—we may not receive it in time. Instead, arrive 20 minutes before your child’s first game and hand it in at the ballpark. Check your email for your players team assignment and game time.
A notary public is an official who confirms your identity when you sign an important document. They check your ID, watch you sign, and then stamp or sign the form to make it official.
You can find a notary at a bank, shipping store (like UPS), or city office. Some may charge a small fee.
